USDA ineligibility — On the USDA Web site enter the full address of the property in the box shown in the graphic This will give you the eligibility map

USDA just released new proposed ineligible areas for its USDA mortgage programs (Rural Development Single Family Housing and Multi-Family Housing programs). In some cases, previously ineligible areas will now become eligible rural areas. The “Proposed Ineligible Areas” maps show all ineligible, non-rural areas and not only the new non-rural areas.

The new ineligible areas, if approved, will become effective June 4, 2018. Check out the new ineligible areas at the following links:
